This past week, I went to OFFF Festival here in Barcelona. One of those events where you expect to be inspired by talks, but end up thinking more about the people you meet in between.
It made me wonder: why do we often wait for big events to make creative connections? And why do we forget the smaller, more local gatherings that can have an even bigger impact on our lives and work?
How real creative growth often happens outside of scheduled talks. On the casual moments between sessions, the random chats over coffee, and how we can find that same energy without traveling far.
